Connect ur phone in PC SUITE mode ,  goto Nokia Software Updater , check for updates . If u don’t prefer this way , there;s another simpler way ie , presse *#0000# which will bring up ur device manager , hit options check for updates and the update process will begin if update available ova FOTA else you need to follow the first way ie update through Nokia software updater.

Better to backup ur phone data before update though the  E72 have UDP (User Data Preservation) feature. This update makes ur phone more speedy , and quite a lot bug’s are fixed . Changelog to come later.
