You can update your phone via NSU or with Ovi Suite.  Firmware update is available  FOTA(*#0000#) . Always a habit is followed , ie taking backup of ur phone’s data. So its advised to follow that.

Changes noted by Folks at Symbianworld.org were

  • web browser is faster, new toolbar and more improvement
  • photo gallery is faster
  • Ngage application is not installed
