Firstly if you have noticed, Nokia connects team have a new home http://conversations.nokia.com/category/connects/ and they were more than excited to share their first project right from their new home!

What they have created is an infographic based on feedback from the strong twitter community that they have built! My pick would be for it’s design and simplicity.
