Nokia’s Developers ie the Symbian OS developers have UI Concept that’s supposed to come with Symbian^4. It looks very similar to the symbian^3. The improvements talk about a capacitive OS, multi-touch capabilities. Symbian^ 4 based devices are expected to be out in 2011.
